Will Interlink Commerce integrate with my existing systems?
Yes! Interlink lets any order source communicate securely with any destination, ensuring seamless integration and reliable data flow. We use API connections to integrate your EDI with any cloud-based or API-ready software, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), eCommerce platforms, 3PL providers, and shipping software. You’ll also be able to monitor everything from your Interlink dashboard, simplifying business decisions with a single source of truth.
How long will it take me to get Interlink Commerce up and running?
Most of our customers are onboarded and actively trading within a month of signup! We handle all configuration, automation, and testing. Then, we train you to use our incredibly user-friendly customer portal. This means a minimal learning curve and faster profitability compared to leading EDI providers.
How much does Interlink Commerce cost?
Everything we do is fully customized to your needs. You’ll pay a one-time startup fee and monthly fees for managed EDI services, both adjusted to your specific usage.
- Startup services are tailored to the exact configuration, setup, and training you need, so we’ll provide a custom quote after your free consultation.
- Monthly fees start at $200 per month for your first 250 documents, including unlimited users and trading partners. Beyond this minimum, you’re billed only for the actual number of documents processed each month, starting once your first trading partner is onboarded and actively trading. The cost per document decreases significantly at higher volumes—down to as little as $0.10 per document—so your ROI improves as your business grows. Plus, our “No Transaction – No Invoice” policy means that if you have zero transactions in a given month, your monthly fee is waived.
How much does it cost to add users?
Interlink Commerce gives you full administrative control of your portal. You can add as many users as needed, at any time, at no additional cost.
We only receive EDI orders twice a year. Do I have to pay for continuous monthly service?
Not with Interlink Commerce! We’re the only managed EDI solution on the market offering a “No Transaction – No Invoice” policy. This means if there are no transactions during a given month, you won’t receive an invoice.
What if I need help?
You’ll have access to our 24/7 email support, along with phone support during business hours (Pacific and Eastern time zones). A dedicated support professional will assist you with questions and help resolve any issues. Personal, responsive service is what we do best.
